The objective of this research paper is to investigate the associations among the traditional HRM practices and CBHR on satisfaction in job (JS) and its retention through mediating studies. The participants intended for this study included 220 expatriates working at different levels of management and their perception on CBHR and general HR practices on JS and overall job retention was examined using correlation and regression analyses.
